Something on a page is wrong

This is the most useful message you can send us. A hotel that closed, a walking time that cannot be right, a name in the wrong language, a place that is nowhere near the station.

Please include the address of the page. That alone saves an exchange of two emails.

If the error is in the underlying map data, the lasting fix is in OpenStreetMap — anyone can correct it there, and the correction reaches every site that uses it, not only us. We are happy to explain how, or to do it for you.

You run a place near a station

You do not need to pay us to be listed and you cannot pay us to rank higher. If your house is within five minutes of a platform and missing, tell us and we will look at why.

The usual reason is that it is not in OpenStreetMap, or is mapped without a name.
